I also had 45 cupcakes to do for a birthday party this morning. So, I did the fondant decorations last Wednesday, baked and iced the cupcakes while in Versailles yesterday, and delivered them at 9:30am. Which leads to the craziness. We decided to leave late last night instead of getting up really early this morning. So, we got home at midnight only to be woken up at 6:30 by Bosley. It really was a busy, fun weekend.

I planted my garden. The plants have already grown so much, thanks to the enormous amount of rain we have received lately.

We had visitors. My dad and stepmom came to see us over Memorial Day. My dad did a lot of yard work for me. Let’s just say it involved a till and a chainsaw. We got rid of some serious weeds and overgrown bushes in our yard. The next weekend, Jeremiah’s parents came to visit. We had a great time welcoming everyone into our home.

And Breckin has decided this is his new favorite pose.

And perhaps some of the best news of all, Jeremiah was given a mid-year raise at work. Congratulations honey!
